Perlman Creative Group completes the design of online advertising campaign for William O'neil + Co.
Perlman Creative Group recently completed the design of a flash animated online advertising campaign for financial company William O'neil + Co. to promote their Daily Graphs Online product.

Ad concepts were developed to promote a free 14 day trial of their product. Daily Graphs Online is an online stock analysis tool -providing the best charts in the industry (best in terms of information, clarity of display, accuracy of data, etc.), a custom screening tool that helps you filter through thousands of stocks to view only those that meet your level of investing in a quick efficient manner (helping you save time), and use of Industry Groups to help you identify the leading groups in the market today.

This project included various creative concepts adaptable to various online ad sizes (banners, skyscrapers, etc.) to fit in sites such as www.Barrons.com, www.CNNMoney.com, and also www.yahoo.finance.com, www.Marketwatch.com, etc. The concepts integrated Flash animation and a web site landing page for prospects who click through that provides greater depth into the product.

The first Flash screen features a flat line EKG representing the current flat market, and the excitement level of Wall Street, and peoples trades. The overall branded blue bar along the bottom helps brand the ad as a "Daily Graphs Online" ad and the colorful graphics help the ad stand out and capture attention from the rest of any web page content, regardless of what site it is found on.

Perlman Creative Group recently completed the design of a new corporate identity for a NJ based residential design & construction company, Sovereign Homes, LLC.

Sovereign Homes is located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and specializes in residential: new construction, additions & renovations, kitchens & bathrooms, custom modular design & building, project management, zoning feasibility & permits, and construction estimating.

This new identity features a strong red and black color scheme, and a "SOV" icon that may be used separately as part of its brand identity.

Perlman Creative Group completes re-branding for a Dry Cleaning franchise with over 150 locations nationwide
Perlman Creative Group was commissioned to rename and re-brand the entire franchise business. This was done to help unify each of the retail locations under one brand umbrella and create consistency between each dry cleaning location.



Projects included the re-naming of the company to The Shelton Family Dry Cleaners. We also developed the corporate logo, the retail storefront signage and color scheme, the window graphics, business cards, and future development of an online system for each location to order their corporate materials. The family has always had a passion for cars, and since the company was founded in 1901, we incorporated a Ford Model T laundry delivery truck in the identity.



Developed in San Diego, California in the 1960s, the concept of one price dry cleaning set the standard for the industry. The founder, John Shelton, created an innovative system of setting up dry cleaners for his family and friends that they could operate as their own. Over the years, they have expanded to over 150 dry cleaners nationwide. In 1992, three generations of dry cleaners formed a partnership called All City Cleaners. Although All City Cleaners began in the 1960s, their tradition of dry cleaning goes back several generations as far back as 1901!

Perlman Creative Group completes the re-branding for a Non-Profit organization and Photography Competition with Syracuse University
Perlman Creative Group was awarded the contract to develop and help brand The Alexia Foundation to improve the perception of this very important non-profit organization. The goal of the new identity and website will be to help the organization gain new corporate sponsorship and interest.

On the 21st of December, 1988, 270 innocent people were killed in the terrorist bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Alexia Tsairis, 20, a Newhouse photojournalism student at Syracuse University, was one of them.

The Alexia Foundation sponsors a professional and student photojournalism competition awarding up to $15,000 per competition. The Alexia Grant was not established with the single purpose of rewarding the best photographers -- this is not a portfolio competition. The grant will be awarded to a photojournalist who can further cultural understanding and world peace by conceiving and writing a concise, focused, and meaningful story proposal, and who can demonstrate the ability to visually execute that story with compelling images. There is no mathematical formula for determining grantees, but the proposal and photography must both be considered of the highest quality.

The Alexia Foundation promotes the power of photojournalism to give voice to social injustice and to recognize cultural difference as our strength-not our weakness. Through grants and scholarships, the Alexia Foundation supports photographers as catalysts for change. The Alexia Tsairis Endowed Chair in Documentary Photography was established at Syracuse University, March, 2006.

Per the clients request, the new logo incorporated many features of the original logo, including the earth/globe and the flying dove with olive branch. All of these features are now incorporated with the type and encapsulated by a 24mm camera lens.

Perlman Creative Group helps client HandyGuide navigate a new media kit
Perlman Creative Group has successfully completed the redesign of a Media Kit for client HandyGuide. The goal of this project was to reposition the "Routes Version" of this media kit. The Routes version is a series of guides covering local business districts in Bergen County, NJ. The objective was to educate and help sell the HandyGuide product and services to the local businesses within this county. This challenging project needed to communicate the advantages of HandyGuide, and do so, without a sales person present to explain the product.

The solution was to create an eye-catching and informative kit including a new folder design, a professionally written introductory letter, a simple inquiry form to measure and track responses, a promotional postcard, and some testimonials outlining the many product benefits.

HandyGuide provides a convenient and FREE resource that helps consumers navigate different areas. The unique design of their Destination Guides also helps customers remember exactly where businesses are located. HandyGuide's are made available as a free resource at a multitude of distribution locations throughout Bergen County, NJ. Reciprocal distribution is by fellow merchants as well as distribution in colleges, corporations, hotels, realtor's, libraries, town halls and other local organizations.

The Falco Group is a Re/Max residential real estate firm located in Bergen County, New Jersey. They were the #11 in 2008 for teams in New Jersey in sales volume. This new identity incorporates a new metallic gold ink, with their existing black and gold color scheme.

Perlman Creative Group complete a website for a local BNI business networking group
Perlman Creative Group has successfully completed the design and production of an informational website to promote a local business networking group, BNI-Crossroads, whose chapter meets in Mahwah, New Jersey. This new website offers many new features such as a new and current member directory which provides live links to all the members websites and live links to generate e-mail. This site also features member portraits, pdf download files of member business cards, and a back-end (CMS) content management system which allows for an administrator to log in to a password protected control panel, allowing updates and edits to all member content, upcoming events and the speaker rotation schedule. Perlman Creative Group sets the VIP conceirge service, Jet2Sea Charters, corporate identity on the right course
Perlman Creative Group has successfully completed the naming and design of a new corporate identity for the VIP Travel Concierge company called Jet2Sea Charters. Jet2Sea Charters specializes in corporate flight attendant services (AIR), VIP island travel and arrangements (LAND), and arrangements for all water sports packages and activities (SEA) on the island of St. Maarten.



Projects included completing the company positioning statement, and designing the new company logo, stationery, business card, and #10 envelope. We also consulted on their direct marketing campaign. Future projects will include the design of a new website.

Perlman Creative Group was chosen by Midland Park High School to serve as host for the Career Crossroads student internship program. This is the second consecutive year Perlman Creative Group has been chosen by a Bergen County High School for this volunteer program. Last year Perlman Creative Group hosted and mentored a student intern from Bergen Tech High School.

Perlman Creative Group has successfully completed the retouching of photography for 9 separate pieces of jewelry for legendary jeweler Leo Schachter Diamonds. Since 2001, Perlman Creative Group has been working with some of the top jewelry designers, retouching photographs of some of the world's finest jewelry. From designing advertising campaigns, developing direct mail marketing, or photography shooting, art direction and retouching, our experience cannot be matched.

Leo Schachter, has maintained a singular passion for cutting and polishing the world's most beautiful diamonds for four generations.

Completed services to the Legacy Diamond photography included the removal of the backgrounds, removal of any dust, dirt, fingerprints, scratches, or variations in the diamond facets as well as cleaning and sharpening of the jewelry itself. We retouched the engraving along the inside of the band and removed any distracting reflections. We also color-corrected the diamonds and enhanced the contrast for publication purposes. Another unique service was to change the metal of the band from platinum to gold. The results are pure publishing perfection!

Perlman Creative Group has successfully completed the design of a direct mail campaign for SourceCorp- a document outsourcing company. This campaign consisted of a formal letter, matching envelope, and a self-mailing response card. This project utilized variable data printing, which inserted content from a database and applied personalization to the letter, and addressing to the outer envelope.

Perlman Creative Group completes the design of a Corporate Identity for a new local publication
Perlman Creative Group was approached by a new company called My25! This new company will produce a monthly publication featuring 25% OFF discount coupons for local retailers. This publication will serve to promote these local retailers in towns all across Bergen County, New Jersey.

Our responsibility included the design of the company logo and identity that would reflect the product being offered and help brand the company as well as capture attention. We also designed the publication, its header, footer treatment and format. We have gone on to design the company sales sheets and will be responsible for a complete marketing and sales program including advertising rate sheets, town demographics sheets, advertising artwork guidelines, approval forms as well as the monthly production of the publications themselves.

Perlman Creative Group adds the master's touch to book cover designs
Entrepreneur Press and distributor McGraw Hill recently approved the design by Perlman Creative Group for use on the cover of their latest book in the "Master's" series titled "Masters of Sales" by best selling authors Ivan R. Misner, Ph.D. and Don Morgan, M.A. This book is scheduled to launch at all Barnes & Noble and Borders stores and will be sold internationally in 2008. Perlman Creative Group had successfully designed the cover for the previous book in this series titled, Masters of Success. In 2004 it went on to sell over 39,000 copies and was #1 on the Wall Street Journals Bestseller List.

PCG has a reputation for excellence in creating outstanding cover designs for best selling books. We came up with the idea of drawing on the theme of "masters" using paintings by Old World Masters to create a consistent book series theme. The painting depicted on this cover is by Flemish painter David Teniers the Younger. It features Archduke Leopold Wilhelm in his picture gallery in Brussels circa 1650-51, from the Museo del Prado, Madrid, Spain.

Perlman Creative Group completes the design of 10 catalogs for Great Falls Metalworks jewelry collections
Great Falls Metalworks is a specialist in handcrafted jewelry and wanted only the most experienced designer to handle their unique jewelry line. They selected Perlman Creative Group as their agency of choice to design their jewelry catalogs and promotional cards for 2007. It came as no surprise to industry insiders. PCG's reputation as experts providing design services for the jewelry trade is well established. Having worked with such renowned names as Martin Katz Ltd., Philip Press and Jacques Mouw, for more than 7 years, their expertise is unmatched.

Projects consisted of creating 10 different jewelry catalogs. However, each individual piece of jewelry needed our expert retouching and color-correction services to highlight its beauty for optimum exposure. This photography work gave their catalogs a touch of class and panache.

Another suggestion we had for the client was to convert the catalogs into low-resolution pdf files for free e-mail distribution to their various clients, and also for use in an e-mail marketing campaign. The technology savvy team at PCG was able to deliver solutions that were just what Great Falls Metalworks needed.

After completion of the catalogs, Great Falls Metalworks commissioned PCG to design their promotional postcard to be handed out at a tradeshow. This piece needed to draw attention to a beaded necklace, mother-of-pearl cufflinks and earrings. It would require more of our in-depth skills. Arranging and art directing the photography shoots; design and layout of the composition; image retouching and color-correction would also be required.

Perlman Creative Group power points the way for VocalEnvision to gain capital investors
Perlman Creative Group successfully completed a digital PowerPoint presentation targeting investors for their client Vocal Envision. The unique challenge was to create a simple presentation that would effectively communicate, to potential backers, the merits of their mobile travel cell phone and software package.

Users purchase the software package and take it home. They insert the CD into their computer and log into the company's web site. There they enter their travel dates and order their cell phone. Once ordered, their phone will arrive in the mail with pre-paid minutes that will work on that country's network along with travel, language translation and emergency services. After they return home from their trip they simply send back the phone in the mail. Vocal Envision's product is aimed primarily at the tourism industry and will be available as a test-market in travel stores throughout France. The application may also find a home with foreign exchange students, business travelers and salespeople.

Guinnen MacRath consults with Perlman Creative Group to establish a new Corporate Identity
Trying to increase the perceived value of a company's brand image by designing a logo is no small undertaking, especially when your business is a consultancy. But the skilled team at Perlman Creative Group (PCG) has had ample experience doing just that. They successfully created a fitting identity for Guinnen MacRath, a communications and seminar consultancy firm. The new logo represents the company founder's Scottish heritage, while displaying the scholarly facets of their services and distinguishing their unique corporate persona.

The design consists of a Scottish thistle embracing a crown made up of a set of tomes, all set on a base that signifies a well-grounded foundation. The thistle is a proud Scottish emblem. Its legacy is that it was instrumental in helping to defeat the Norse invaders during the reign of Alexander III. It also has a rich tradition as a royal insignia during the reigns of James the III and King James V. The color gold was used to denote its magnificent heritage as well as imply the vast knowledge that Guinnen MacRath has to offer. Not only does the color convey a richness of texture, but it embodies the splendor of scholarly text as well. Projecting an image of high standards, principles and excellence.

Guinnen MacRath was thrilled with the design and plan on PCG incorporating it into their print communications, web site design and seminar package material. They also asked PCG to design their trade magazine advertising. PCG is currently developing technology for the Guinnen MacRath web site that will allow consultants to schedule and purchase a variety of seminar packages online. It will also provide a client administrator with the flexibility to change and update seminar packages and track all customers, their purchases, and calendar scheduled events.

This successful logo design has been entered into two separate design competitions; The American Graphic Design Awards for Graphic Design USA, and The Communication Arts 2007 Graphic Design Annual Award Show.

Perlman Creative Group designs 3 distinct logos unifying one brand for George A. Tsairis Architects
Perlman Creative Group (PCG) was approached by George A. Tsairis Architects and asked to tackle a complex design problem. The company operates three different businesses, but wanted to incorporate them all under one unique company brand: GAT Architects which deals with architecture and design; GAT Custom Homes, which covers construction management services, and Northeast Modular Homes, which sells modular solutions.

Our suggestion was to develop a flexible identity that would allow for each division to have its own distinctive brand that can stand alone, but have all three visually relate to each other under the main company umbrella. The solution was to create a 4-quadrant logo, using the company's initials in each of the 3 quadrants, the fourth was left open to use the company's division name. This also resembles 4 panes in a window as well as a grid (floor plans etc.) that this client works with in its own design process. Earthy colors of green and brown were used to establish a more environmentally friendly appeal, but they were ingeniously applied in different tint percentages. This provided substantial savings in printing costs and effectively expanded the color palette beyond 2 colors. It not only allowed for keeping the logos and tonal balance uniform, but also offered a sophisticated yet simple remedy to a complex schematic design.

The client was so pleased with the solution that they have commissioned PCG to complete the entire Corporate Identity system for GAT Architects and Northeast Modular Homes. Projects include stationery, business cards and envelopes, fax and transmittal forms; business checks and deposit slips; office/studio glass plaque signage; sketch pads using the grid design and E-mail stationery templates.

We are also designing the new GAT Architects web site. The homepage design utilizes the 4 quadrant layout as flash animation windows displaying signature projects by featuring transitions of before and after site plans to project renderings and then to photos of the completed projects. After the animations play they become active buttons to enter the section for more in depth project descriptions. The site will also include e-commerce capabilities for purchasing pre-existing design plans and access for an employee intranet log in.

Perlman Creative Group builds artistic website to document a photographer's life work
Real estate entrepreneur and world traveler, Norman Krischer decided to get serious about the pursuit of his passion, photography. He founded Rector Place Photography Studio in 2006, located on Rector Place in downtown Manhattan. His first instinct was to commission Perlman Creative Group (PCG) to design and build his artistic website. This site was designed to provide a platform for the visual exploration of his portfolio of photographs.

PCG's vast experience in professional art direction was a great match with Rector Place Photography Studio's presentation of abstract photographs, elegant and tasteful portraits of women, and a photographic artist's perception of world venues as diverse as Egypt, Russia, the Czech Republic, America, and even the Galapagos Islands.

Part of Perlman Creative Group's charge was to also create a website that would accommodate collaboration and interaction with other artists. He knew he could count on PCG's tech-savvy knowledge and experience to handle everything from setting up ownership of the URL site address', web site hosting, administering e-mail boxes, photograph scanning, color-correction, photo retouching and, of course, the overall website design and implementation.

The success of the website design has spawned future projects for Perlman Creative Group on the photographer's behalf, including a 5 foot wide, three-panel digital artistic print of Mr. Krischer's "Poppie Fields," as shot in Israel. Perlman Creative Group announces the design and launch of a cutting-edge website for a vodka importer
Perlman Creative Group has s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d the boundaries of design and creative direction again with the completion of a technologically advanced website for Ouk-rra-i-nah Trading Company, the innovative importer of Presidential Standard Premiere Vodka and Harr-a-sho! Pepper-flavored Vodka. The client's company name, Ouk-rra-i-nah, is the Russian pronunciation for the Ukraine, the vodka's country of origin.

PCG set out to meet a design challenge for a multi-purpose website to showcase the new products and document the distinguished history of Ukrainian vodka. Significantly, the new site features a brand new interactive store locator for the client's customers and other site visitors.

Opening with a flash animation introduction, the site (www.ouk-rra-i-nah.com) includes professional photos and virtual tours of the vodka factories in the city of Zhitomir, Ukraine.

Nationwide, retail businesses are taking note of PCG's new store locator utilizing zip codes to help visitors get maps and directions to the nearest reseller. This new technology also shows how the product is sold, whether by the bottle or by the glass. In addition, there is an administrative log in function for adding new retail locations to the database.

The delighted client has also taken advantage of PCG's full line of creative services for product packaging for 750 ml and 50 ml vodka bottles, and store counter point-of-purchase displays. Currently in development are tent cards and posters to promote free vodka tastings and other special events.

The helmet design features an inverted BMW M Motorsport logo to create a new WW Racing logo and elements from the driver's BMW M Coupe race car such as: side air intakes and the front kidney shaped grilles.
